CHARCOAL

Charcoal is a smooth yet brittle material that has similar properties to chalk pastel. The dark substance comes in different forms some are hard while others are soft—but overall it offers a quick sketching experience. Lighter, less dense charcoal is particularly adept at flying over the page and is great for casual sketches. But, don't underestimate the incredible depth it can achieve. My goal here was to see how far I could push my charcoal drawing techniques to make the textures look real . . . the mini dress, boots, hand, face and the hair. Contour lines suggest tight hair. Have ever considered your face shape when choosing a cut or style? Your face shape can significantly change how certain hairstyles look on you. There are 7 basic face shapes and certain styles flatter each one! I am going to go into more detail about each basic face shape and what you might need to consider when choosing a new look. ABOUT DRAWING PROPORTION While there are many methods to get the proportions right. The counting method I introduce here is the easiest and the most straightforward of them.
